Data deletion

Draft. This text accurately describes what the service does today, but it has not been reviewed by legal counsel.
You can request deletion of everything TOPDABA stores about your store at any time. There are two ways.
1. From Meta
Open Settings → Apps and websites in your Facebook account, find TOPDABA and remove it. Meta notifies us automatically, we delete the stored connection, and you get a tracking code with the status of the request.
2. By email
Write to hello@topdaba.com from the address of your panel user. We confirm within 5 business days.
What gets deleted
- The connection with Meta: portfolio, catalog and feed identifiers, and any stored token.
- Your panel users and their password hashes.
- The image choices and the list of excluded products.
Nothing is deleted from your Shopify store, because we never wrote anything there. The Meta catalog itself belongs to your Business portfolio and stays under your control; you can delete it from Commerce Manager.
