Terms of Service

Draft. This text accurately describes what the service does today, but it has not been reviewed by legal counsel.
What the service does
TOPDABA connects a Shopify store to a Meta product catalog. The merchant chooses which of their own product photos is used for each product, and we create and maintain the catalog and its feed in the Meta Business portfolio the merchant authorizes.
What it does not do
- It does not create or manage advertising campaigns. That stays in Meta Ads Manager.
- It does not modify the Shopify store. Our access is read-only.
- It does not generate images. Every photo comes from the merchant's own gallery.
The account
Access is by named user with a password. The merchant is responsible for who they give access to and for keeping those credentials safe. Each user belongs to one store and can only see that store's catalog.
Authorizations
The merchant grants access to their Shopify store and their Meta Business portfolio, and can revoke either at any time from the corresponding platform. Revoking stops the synchronization.
Availability
The service is offered as is, without an availability guarantee, while it is in early access. The catalog feed is regenerated on each request from Meta; if the store or our service is unavailable, the previous ingestion remains in Meta until the next successful one.
Responsibility for content
The catalog data — titles, descriptions, prices, images — belongs to the merchant, who is responsible for its accuracy and for complying with Meta's commerce policies.
Price
During early access the service has no cost. Any future pricing will be announced in advance and will not apply retroactively.
